Parvarish Charity Foundation is a non-profit charity organisation set up to make a difference in the life of the less privileged and destitute citizens of Pakistan.

Long before Parvarish Charity Foundation was founded, our Patron in Chief, Lady Dr. Major Tabassum Bhatty, had been giving qarz-e-husna — interest free loans — to those in need for forty years.

It began in 1980, when a poor lady worker named Viro was helped to pay off a loan she could never have cleared because of the interest on it.

The Foundation itself was laid in 2017. Our Financial Assistance Programme is an extension of what our Patron had been doing ever since 1980, except that now everything is documented and every rupee is given within a proper legal framework.

How we work

Nobody draws a salary

No Board Member can draw any salary from PCF, even if he is working 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

The books are open

Our accounts are independently audited by Shinewing Hameed Chaudhri & Co, and they are open for the public to come and see.

Everything is documented

Aid is given within a proper legal framework, and every rupee that comes in is accounted for.
